Let go of the Past! Let go of the Future! Let go of the Present and cross  over to the farther shore of existence.
With your mind wholly liberated, you shall come no more to birth and death.
                                                                                                 -Buddha

Homage to the primordial nature, sphere of purity, equal to space, supreme Dharma, unfluctuating, utterly free of conceptual elaboration,
The clear light nature of mind, essence of awakening,
The perfect ground, beyond any transition or change!

-excerpt form the book:
Mind in Comfort and Ease, by His Holiness the Dalai Lama.

It has been perhaps 12 years or so that I have had an interest in eastern theology, and in Buddhist teaching. Primarily I saw an inherent simplicity, beauty, and a demanding yet gentle nature in Dharma, incredibly rich in truth & reality is this 2500-year-old teaching.

Although I do not call myself Buddhist, I am a student of Buddhist teaching, and endeavor to live my life as consistent to the teachings as possible. For many resons I found that this path resonated with me more completely than other eastern or western theologic traditions, due to its inherent kindness and process, allowing me as practicioner to discover the truth in the teachings through not only study, but also personal discovery in practice. It is a joy to me to have  a spiritual tradition, so rich and beautiful-in-process, kind and gentle towards all beings, as is the teachings of the Buddah. So,..... one breath at a time, I do my best to enjoy every moment, and find that compassion and understanding in my heart for all beings.

The following are the foundation of this 2,500-year-old tradition:

All compounded things are impermanent.
All emotions are pain.
All things have no inherent existence.
Nirvana is beyond concepts.

Granted that, on the surface the above can seem quite perplexing, however, with some time-in-practice, study of Dharma, and a looser-grip on what we seem to know as fixed-nature-of-things, there eveatually comes a "peek through the crack in the door", to the other side, and this is the beginning. Just as all things are subject to change, so is our life and process of discovery.

I thank you all for taking the time to be here, and wish you all
Peace and Well-Being.
